JOURNALISM

It's more than just words

Journalists are there to inform the uninformed and to defend the rights of people to speak their mind. A journalist should be the voice of the people, not  someone to silence them. It's  a journalists' responsibility to spread knowledge and encourage intellectual growth to crash prejudice, stereotypes, and oblivion for all.

It’s human nature to judge others.
According to Psychology Today, humans need to judge one another to be able to understand the intentions behind others’ behavior.
Those judgments often create first impressions about individuals or certain groups of people and in some cases, those initial judgments can turn into biases that become stereotypes as they spread into society.
